The Parade Committee would like to thank all who participated and all who came out to see the American Spirit Parade in Lancaster, PA. Join us next year: Saturday, April 25, 2009!

The American Spirit Parade is intended to bring together the citizens of Lancaster County for a special day of patriotism. Our parade honors the spirit of American freedom and all those who work to preserve it. It’s an opportunity to express our gratitude to our veterans and those who made the ultimate sacrifice, and to thank the servicemen, servicewomen and first-line responders who risk their lives to guarantee our freedoms. It also gives Lancaster County families an opportunity to come together and celebrate our country’s civic and military contributions with a fun and affordable event for all ages.

So please join us – participate and march, or just watch and wave the flag!
